TexZeta SpA is the sole owner of the rights on domains, logos, trademarks, copyrights applied to the Site and to the Products.
Product
The characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer relating to each individual product on the Site. All Products offered for sale online are subject to actual availability.
Price
The prices of the Products are expressed in € (Euro)
For Products shipped within the European Union, the prices are inclusive of VAT.
How to purchase
To complete the order, the Customer must register in the Shop by entering the required data and choosing a password, all details relating to the methods of data processing are communicated to the Customer at the time of registration.
Deliveries
The delivery time for your order within the national territory can vary between 3 to 10 working days after receipt of payment. If the recipient is abroad, the delivery time may increase.
Once your order is in the hands of the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.
Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday.
Shipping costs are applied directly at the check out of your online shopping cart.
Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree. no. 206/2005, the "Consumer" Customer (i.e. a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out) has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the "Consumer" Customer shall send to the following e-mail address: miriam.villa@imec.ritratti.com, a written communication containing: I) the manifestation of willingness to avail oneself of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005; II) an indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to avail oneself of the right of withdrawal; III) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase; IV) the data of one's bank account only in the case of a purchase made by bank transfer.
The communication may be sent within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. The Customer undertakes to return the Products within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the Products to the following address: Tex Zeta srl, Via Don Angelo Pedrinelli, 65, 24030 Carvico BG, Italy.
1.2 The costs for the return of the Product shall be borne entirely by the "Consumer" Customer. Planet srl shall not be liable for reimbursement or compensation for returned products that are lost, stolen or damaged.
1.3 Planet srl shall reimburse the full cost of Products returned by the "Consumer" Customer, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Delivery costs are not refundable. Planet srl will undertake to promptly reimburse the "Consumer" Customer and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of return, provided that the conditions of the previous paragraph have been met. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Planet srl will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made. Planet srl reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with the requirements set out in paragraph 1.1 above.
